Well Ted,when I was at school Canada was in America, as was the USA and Brazil.Have they moved?
I NEVER refer to the USA as "America" personally.I travelled all over the World for my work for 35 years but only went to 5 American countries, Canada, USA, Mexico, Brazil and Argentina.
My preference has always been of Canada over the USA.cheers,Frank D
