I am literally overwhelmed by the warm welcome, comments and suggestions. I
would like to answer  individually, but I have not enough time and skill at
the moment! I promise I will do it as soon as I can. To start with, I will
ask Lluis about my big list of questions this afternoon, when we meet in our
Barcelona Leica forum. I hope he comes.
