Jim suggests putting IMG in the Subject field
(where you have “My first album and photos”)
So the subject would read:
IMG My first album and photos
This let’s us know that you post has an image link.

The of course you must provide the link
(as John so kindly did to help you out for this first post)

as in:
<http://gallery.leica-users.org/v/Carlos+Schwartz/>
