[Leica] Transmission of Photos Problem

I have never had this problem when uploading. I only rarely use their uploader, I normally do it straight from Lightroom.

The thing I would say is that I have always found their help desk very responsive, even emailing me once during the Easter holiday when the help desk person was on holiday herself in Paris. That is what I call a help desk!
