[Leica] Transmission of Photos Problem

I have sent an e-mail to Photoshelter to ask them what is going on. I'm
using their FTP uploader program to send full-sized highest quality jpegs.
I haven't tried downloading one from the site but I'll try that tomorrow.
I thought maybe if I have some kind of electrical interference as I'm
uploading that might cause it. The internet connections here are not the
best by any means!
I hope I can figure this out because it is really a nuisance!
