Nice ones George. Like the bridge.

As for the lack of responses, the curse of the daily, in your face, false 
effusions of retail pleasantry, and the invention of personal media have 
possibly switched people off as they switch their music on. I'm sure there 
are a number of dissertations just waiting to be written....

A pithy t-shirt slogan saying "Say Hello, as I have a Gun" might help :-)
