[Leica] LUG Yearbook 2015 aftermath

Richard,
Any big group like the LUG is bound to have disgruntled elements, you owe
it to the large majority of us "gruntled" ones to continue! ☺

Seriously, you should learn to completely disregard those whose major trip
in life is to stand on the sidelines and snipe, without ever shouldering
any responsibility. It is easy to keep grumbling at others, far more
difficult to execute well, as you have undoubtedly done. A corollary is
that whenever we do take on public responsibility, we should also acquire a
thick mental skin simultaneously!
