It was our first attempt, they are harder to carve than the pro's make it look ;-) Certainly much cheaper than buying the pre-sliced stuff....

Speaking of pork scratchings which I wasn't, I had spent some time puzzling
about the middle one until Philippe lifted the curtain. :-)

I dare say it's tasty!
