Jim,

I'd say that lens is a keeper.  I just got the 23mm 1.4 and am trying to 
decide whether to exchange it for another sample.  It's kind of soft at 
1.4, but my other Fuji lenses (14mm, 35mm, 56mm, 60mm, 55-200) are all 
sharp wide open.
