[Leica] US Bulk buy! LUG Yearbook 2015

*Process: *I will gather a list of people who want to participate. Send me
a private email specifying Softcover or Hardcover.

*Deadline: *Jan 4th, 2015 11:59PM PST. If you want to participate, send in
the request by then.

*Discount: *I will use my author's 20% discount for this. The $5 donation
per book will still be made to the Second Harvest Food Bank. Total cost is
unknown as of this time as I need to add the shipping cost (from Blurb to
me and then from me to you via media mail).

*NOTE: *Blurb charges CA taxes for me (~7.25%?), this will be added to your
cost.

*Mailing: *I will mail using Media Mail (hence US only, sorry), which
should cost ~$4-$5. I will use electronic labeling which does have
tracking. *US Postal is pretty good about not losing Media Mail with
electronic tracking,* but it may happen. In the unlikely event that it
does, you carry the risk. Sorry.

To cut down on shipping from Blurb, delivery from them will take 2 weeks
plus, then please add another week for me to mail them. out. So the best
guess is that you will get the book *by end of Jan 2016*. Ordering your own
will almost certainly arrives faster.
