[Leica] Defunct M9

While the M246 is about 2 stops "better" than the MM, the MM ain't chopped
liver. And I own one, so I get to say that.  I think anyone who could shoot
available light with Tri-X and Neopan 1600 would find the MM quite viable.
ISO 1600 is almost as good as 200 in a letter-size print, and 3200 is like
TMax 400 in terms of grain.  Even 5000/6400 is quite usable if you don't
mind moderate grain.
