I just got word from Leica New Jersey that my 24-90 has come back from
Germany and they are shipping it out today.

Within a few minutes, I got an e-mail from Carl in Massachusetts that my
50/1.4 SL has arrived and is being shipped overnight to me.

It's Christmas in York, SC!!

Expect lots of SL photos of Christmas scenes and grandchildren and
recuperating husbands.

We are still planning on going to Siberia in January but a lot depends on
what the heart doctor says on Wednesday.  Nothing is more important than
Tom's health.  We have never had to think about that before and it's
sobering.
