Dear Ted et al

Thanks for your words of encouragement, comfort and wisdom on this matter.

If I may be so bold as to suggest that the faithful be recognized and
rewarded with the privileged of submitting more than the usual quota of
images. For example, those who have contributed yearly without fail for the
past 5 years be allowed to submit up to four images. That way, Richard will
be relieved of some of the pressures and angst of getting enough images to
build a book.

I can think of many many in the crew who have selflessly supported Richard
and Geoff and Jim, and they will continue to stay committed, connected and
contribute more if given the chance.
