[Leica] Ideas on LUG Book 2016

The problem in 2015 was that Blurb NEVER let the ebook/PDF version goes
through!

No error, no anything. I just tried to upload it and they never finish the
process.

If we go with what I said in the initial post, I will handle the PDF sales
and mailing directly, making sure that the submitters understand that the
PDF will be made available.
