Gerry, Philippe, Aram

Thank you very much for your kind comments, I’m glad you like my color work.

Gerry, I understand and thank you your thoughts, maybe you are right… I do more color because my MM is in Wetzlar, when I have the M9 in my hands, I don’t know why but I think my eyes are viewing more in color, in other words, I’m shooting to some subjects that I would not shoot with the MM, my mentality react different. However I think there is a difference to do a picture in color or B&W, IMHO the B&W helps to concentrate your vision on the essential, the color give a more decorative aspect, I think that some pictures don’t give anything more if they are in color and others yes, it depends of the subject and of course of your own preferences. This is a topic usually discussed and nobody has the true, everyone has his own preferences. However when I really like a color picture is when I see pictures from i.e. Ernst Haas, where the colour is a element of the composition.

Cheers
Lluis

I find that the M9 images from my camera require very little post-processing to produce beautiful colour rendition, and yours are similar. In particular I think 0418 (After the rain) and 0369 are really strong.
