It seems that the TAN number is not retained on the Leica Owner's Area website, it just kept my serial number and date of purchase. I've sent an email to Leica giving those two detils and asking if they can kindly send a viable TAN number, as I no longer have my warranty card. I only through it away a fortnight ago, thinking that because it'S 5 years since I bought the camera, the warranty is sure to be out of date, and that I therefore no longer need it. I was wrong about no longer needing it!
