[Leica] LUG Yearbook sales

Hi Crew,
Given I've been a submitter and buyer (AND YES A LOUD MOUTH PAIN IN THE ASS
TO SUBMIT PHOTOS EACH YEAR!) Thank you to those who did very much!
And from the beginning buying usually two copies, (3 copies the past 2 years
for self and my two sons.) 
I find the sales for 2015 absolutely disgusting in numbers!
What is it with obviously so many of you that you take your photos and have
no concept of the wonderful feelings when you open the cover of a "BOOK!"
And WOW!!!!!!!!! "MY PICTURE! COOL BABY! " :-)
When my first newspaper front page photo was published the first thing I did
was give my dear wife Irene a "GREAT BIG HUG!" Not because she was my wife?
Well yes also!
But because she bought the camera, "ARGUS A2 35mm" as a birthday gift, 27
May 1950 (I still have it!) that started my wild and wonderful 60 year
published life under almost every possible condition and location around the
world ! 

Do you know the 2015 LUG year book? When they arrived I shed tears because
it was "and is the best book of all PUBLISHED" to date!
NO NOTHING WRONG WITH ANY OF THE OTHERS!

It's the look, as each editor has had a go at producing it, it has been a
form of book "Growing experience!" 
No different than each of us..... "As we've grown-up and matured
photographically we each in turn have improved! Well that's been the plan
all along! :-? And in most cases it's true.
But back to my tirade on books purchased? 
Now that Richard (Editor 2015) and my "quiet suggestion?" I really couldn't
in a gentleman's manner have written my raging truth of how I feel/felt!
:-( :-( :-(
So let's see how many of you want the thrill of a lifetime? Certainly as a
photographer at whatever your level, seeing one of "YOUR PHOTOGRAPHS"
published in the 2015 book? Trust me, if you're a total devotee to the
wonderful fun of photography? Why wouldn't you purchase a copy?
Open the pages until you find yours, then wet your pants with incredible
excitement! PARTICULARLY IF IT'S YOUR FIRST PUBLISHED IN A BOOK
PHOTO!!!!!!!!

Do all these CAPITALS look like I'm mad? NOPE NOT AT ALL! DISSAPPOINTED,
VERY DISSAPPOINTED!

I'm just passing on one of the thrills in a photographer's life! Looking at
a published photo you took! And it happens every time you are
published."WOWIEEEEE!!! 

So Richard or someone? Would you please re-post the BOOK ORDER INFORMATION,
thank you very much. Why? Well maybe, just maybe? After this "gentle
dissertation" :-) The CREW or some might buy a few more copies.

Doing a rough total, it seems there were 72 submitters to the yearbook, but 
only 29 sales of the actual book. I've just looked through the yearbook 
again and at the many fine photographs in it. I have to admit that it's 
surprising that only 40% of submitters actually bought the book.
