Looks very nice for something I have contemplated. All I need to do is get
out old color negs, shot on Hasselblad Xpan and get scanned, print and gift.
but who will scan?

Why not just use these? Every inkjet paper manufacturer has some variation
on this theme available for sale, at various price points. I have used both
these, for example, for one off requests:
