[Leica] LR CC crashes & Windows 10

Yes Lew. I think that it may be related to the video card drivers. The ATI
cards are reportedly the most problematic.
I rolled back my Windows 10 until I get time to install my new card that
has been waiting for me for some time . Then I shall try again
