Here are some typical results from the lens you mentioned.

The Voigtländer Color-Dynarex, Zeiss Tele-Tessar for 
Icarex in M42 (TM) and Icarex bayonet mount (BM) and 
the Rollei Tele-Tessar in M42 and QBM are all identical 
lenses.

Some of the Rollei and Voigtländer versions were made 
(assembled!) by Rollei in Singapore.

The M42 versions let you lock the aperture pin.

Praktina (CZ-Jena) made lenses in East Germany. This 
lens is made by CZ-Oberkochen in West Germany.
