[Leica] "the Decisive Moment" is back in print... for now

Right, Jay. Very disappointing in this respect. It's not really a reprint,
it's a copy of the original. Big difference. I'm surprised that the
Foundation and Steidl weren't able to collaborate on a true reprint. That
would have been something.
