Hi  Jim,
Neat photo right out of the early 30's "MOB SCENE" movies.  :-)

 This is/was "Smiling Sam" the fastest gun this side of the Brooklyn Bridge
and a couple of his popsicle ladies! :-)
I believe he was "hit" just after this photo was taken?  Well that's the
rumour on the street?
