I rec'd my copy of David's book, "Fair Witness" today.
Haven't had time to deeply look at it yet but I can say this after a 
quick review.

Very tightly edited, great layout, and the printing is excellent.

The photos themselves are a visual delight, lots of hidden details that 
make a good photo outstanding.

Bravo, David!
