[Leica] Focus Peaking on the Fuji XT1 with met Metabones adapter

The most recent X firmware (XE-1 and XE-2 at least) have an AF+M
setting. You can autofocus and then if you wish refine it with manual
focus and peaking. I thought it was pretty handy.
