We at dinner the first night at our casa.  The casa owners always encourage
you to eat with them and it's usually very well-cooked, reasonably priced,
but always the same except for the main dish.  We were offered fish,
chicken, beef, lobster, and octopus.  We chose octopus.  Miquel, the son of
the owners and a former photography teacher, brought out the octopus for
our approval before cooking it:
