Much of the land around Viñales is a part of the Viñales National Park.
They had a wonderful overlook that you could hike up to.  The National Park
personnel grew mint around the overlook and had a coconut tree.  You could
order mojitos or a coconut filled with rum.  Something they could add to
our national parks!
