Almost every house in Viñales is a Casa Particular.  You can recognize them
by the blue anchor symbol and a sign with the name of the husband and wife:

They are colorful houses!!  Each is required to have a private bathroom,
hot water, and air conditioning for each room that they rent.  We stayed in
Casas Particulares every night in Cuba.  Some were right in the middle of
the family (like a bed and breakfast) and some were more like a small hotel
with many bedrooms.  We enjoyed them all.
