Nice shot, Bob.
One of the things with a large amount of noise reduction is the skin 
starts to look "plasticky"; I know kids have very smooth & unblemished 
skin but I think you went a bit too far.

But all of our comments don't mean a hill of beans if the parents like 
the image...
