The digitizing prints with digital camera is also interesting. My friend
for a retrospective show on the Tokyo underground rock scene between 1953
and 1980 had to digitize about 6 thousand 35mm film frames. He built a
copy stand/light box and digitally shot with a full frame Cannon. He said
it saved him about two years of work and was no better or worse than
scanning.
