[Leica] IMG: This fountain was no improvement

It's OK looking. Much better than that weirdo "kid with face" sculpture we
have.

And of course our City Clownsul is doing a "Happiness Survey" so an artist
can make a "Happiness Map", smack of the "why, they can eat cake" mentality
that our fine city is developing.
