[Leica] Voigtlander Nokton 1.1 yes or no?

On a budget just get another Canon 50mm 1.8 or 1.4 or a 1.2 in LTM.  If you
are on a real budget buy a couple of the Russian Heliars either in 1.8 or
1.5 but buy two as variability is high.  The Voightlander 50 1.5 gets good
to fair but oof can be a little weird.   If you stumble across an Leica
Summitar that has been cleaned they can be quite good.
