That's one tough pass on a bicycle. Well done. As Denmark is virtually flat
you must massacre Lars on the climbs.

Subject: [Leica] Nathan's PAD 17/1/2015: today's bike ride

Lars and I went for a ride in the mountains today. We wanted to go to a
mountain pass high above Alicante. The total length of the ride was 100 km,
of which the last 70 km were quite painful, not because of the climbs but
because of a spill I had taken at 30 km, which resulted in road rash on my
hands and left leg. But it all builds character, and victory was sweet:

And we were rewarded with views like this:

And then we got home, and indulged in hot tea and hot showers, followed by a
healthy dinner and even healthier whisky and brandy.

The pass in question features in the Vuelta a España whenever the race comes
through our part of Spain.

Cheers,
Nathan
