[Leica] OT: fast image captures come into Lightroom out of sequence

Shooting with both Sony A7 and Fuji X-T1 cameras (my M8 doesn't record fast enough for this to be an issue) I find that frames that should be sequential are not: the order in which rapidly captured frames is scattered.

Has anyone else noticed this? I'm recording to fast memory cards, certainly cards faster than the camera's ability to load.
