[Leica] More on Cuba

I forgot about my web site - lots of undeveloped areas and people there 
too :).  A translation of the new regulations might be: "Have a great 
time in Cuba!".  Don't forget that you can  bring back $100 in cigars 
now.  On top of everything else Southwest Airlines is looking into 
flights there.
