We made it home last night and this morning I ordered my copy of the book.  Can't wait to see it.  Thanks for the great job Geoff.

There are some random page spreads set as the preview for you rather than
the first 15 pages.
The eBook for iPad version is not yet ready.
There is a USD 5.00 mark up on the cost only. All of that will be donated
to the charity favoured by our previous author, Jim Shulman.
That charity is Project H.O.M.E.
