We leave for home tomorrow morning, and will order the book as soon as I get home.  Hopefully we will not get caught up in any snow storms.  They had 7 inches in Cedar Rapids today which is why we delyed the drive until tomorrow.

Pre-op knee replacement education material abandoned, coffee went cold (twice). 

I am so, so impressed by the quality of the photography in this book. Every year the quality improves, IMHO. 

Geoff, my hat is off to you. You produced a fine looking, thoughtfully laid out. The huge amount work you put into this for us is evident. Thank you so much.
