[Leica] Open invitation for LUG members

This year once again a number of LUG folks are discussing meeting up in
wonderful Barcelona. People will be arriving over a number of days and are
planning how many days they will stay.
Lluis will organise a group dinner on Sunday 20 September. Quite possibly
there will be Leicas stacked and probably Fujis this year ;-)
If you are considering attending, just let Lluis know. My wife Bronwyn and
I will definitely be there. Don't let that discourage you!
If you would like to be on a mailing list to hear about arrangements and
who may be attending just let us know here on the main list.

For everyone who has not been there previously, Barcelona is a fabulous
city for sightseeing, dining and especially street photography of course.

24 September should be the start of the largest festival event on the
calendar for Barcelona.

I am sure that everyone who has been there in previous years will agree
that this is a fabulous event to be part of and a photographer's paradise.
The fire run, the giants parade and the human towers are real highlights
but there are many many activities held over a week I think.

Because Barcelona hosts so many visitors over this period, anyone
considering visiting is advised to book their accommodation as early a you
can. Many locations will allow you to cancel or alter your booking later at
no cost.
