The recent exchanges that took place over this subject show that humans
generally don't like change, some don't mind it as long as it costs them
nothing, while there are others who take pot shots at anything that moves.
Seems there are also people who gargle in vinegar every morning before
leaving their homes.

Or one can be that restaurant owner who gives his new chef freedom and
encouragement to create new dishes and see how that works out.
