[Leica] Help with Mac PREVIEW: LugBook

Hello a LUGger is having trouble sending the right size file to me from an
iMac. He only has PREVIEW. I am not too picky about gettig the right pixel
count, as long as it's "good enough", about 2500-3000 pixels. If you can
