[Leica] Photo Mechanic help please

I have started to use Photo Mechanic again, and I am using it for the first time with raw .dng files from my M9. When I look at the images in the preview window (i.e. large) they are heavily pixelated. Can anyone tell me how to get a sharp image. This does not happen with my previous Fuji X-Pro1 files.
