[Leica] Buying Leica gear from Hong Kong

There is Nikon counterfeiting going on this year as I recall with items with
model names replaced with more expensive model names and Nikon sending out
warning to the effect. But I doubt whole fake cameras are now being made in
China from scratch. Head and Shoulders shampoo yes. Nikons no.
