Odd, I often used to use a 10mm tube on my Hasselblad 150mm to get slightly
closer focus

The closest tube that I have is 9mm. I used it and shot a few images, but
found that focusing, at least with this lens, is very sluggish, taking a
wide range of motion, and the available focusing range is quite limited.
Here is a sample image, but I think I can do better without the tube.
