Wait a minute, guys. Before you condemn, give them a chance to make it
right. It doesn't matter what they call the department as long as they get
the job done. We'll hear how it turns out, I am sure.

AFAIK Marketing is now the top level and covers customer relations, repairs,
returns, complaints and technical matters.
