[Leica] IMGS: Holguin

I finished the page of photos as we left Bayamo for Holguin.  Holguin is on
the north-east coast of Cuba and, probably our least favorite city.  There
are beach resorts there but we liked other locations much more.  We only
stayed two days in Holguin.  One of those days was Valentine's Day which is
a huge holiday in Cuba.
