Ambitions need warm ups, Nathan. Try cycling the length of Ireland instead 
first!

Fair Head (most north westerly point) in Antrim to Mizen Head (most south 
westerly point) in west Cork is the accepted longest distance between two 
points on the island of Ireland, and is doable without using too many main 
roads.
