The Blurb bookstores had the highest grade pro paper set for the paperback
option. Presumably a scrolling error by me when I set the profit for each
version to be USD 5.00.
I am unable to offer more than one paper option for whatever reason the
Blurb software will not let me do that.
I have set every print option to the same 'premium lustre' paper option
which works well for photos. It is in the middle of their price range.
Between the two stioes (USA and Australia) there was some lag. This caused
a problem with the eBook version too which took me three conversions to
make work.I can't control where Blurb sends anyone.
Please just give it 30 minutes maybe and check these links again
