exactly Lluis, a major reason why it's difficult, is the need to obtain perfect  focus at f1. When you focus imo with a Sony EVF with focus peaking, it's far easier to nail the focus....

my experience with focussing a Noctilux at f1 derived from my earlier kids in hospital images....
