[Leica] LUG & Blurb question

I would also welcome an E book - the postage Blurb charges me for shipping
to India almost equals the cost of the book! I bought an ebook version of
both Luis' and Montie's  latest offerings, and found it quite convenient -
I carry them around in an Ipad and look at the photographs in a leisurely
way.
