Marc, so sorry to hear about your wife Carmen. It must be terribly difficult 
for both of you.

I know how horrible cancer is. Unfortunately, my own wife has stage 4 breast 
cancer which has metasized into her bones. Despite knowing how you must 
feel, it's still very hard to find the right words to adequately express my 
sympathies to both of you.
