Thanks Gene, The prices now listed are base cost available to lug,
in a week or two I'll publish to their bookstore with a markup.

Due to large no. of pages, paper used, etc. the cost is high and I
don't expect many hardcover sales which is fine. Coupla extra bags
of Starbucks French Roast per year works for me. ;-)
